1. Are these woven blankets handmade?
    Yes, all of our blankets are hand-woven by our artisan partners using natural cotton, linen, and recycled fibers. Each blanket features unique textures and tassel details.
  2. Why are the prices so low? Is there a quality issue?
    No, there is no quality issue. Due to sustained financial losses, we have decided to clear out our entire inventory at a loss. The current prices are set below our original cost—our sole aim is to reduce excess stock.
  3. How soon will my order ship after I place it? How long will delivery take?
    Orders are processed on the same day and shipped from Granada, Spain. Our standard shipping time is 2 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may experience slight delays, though the estimated delivery time generally remains within the 2-day timeframe.
  4. Can I return an item? How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Yes, you may return items within 30 days of receipt (provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging). Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 days.
  5. Can I exchange clearance items?
    We do not offer exchanges for clearance items (as our inventory changes rapidly, we cannot guarantee that the exact same item will remain in stock). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please proceed with a standard return as outlined above.

  7. Can I place an order if I live outside of Spain?
    Currently, we only ship within mainland Spain (including the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands). We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or other overseas territories.
  8. What should I do if the blanket I receive is damaged during shipping?
    Please take photos of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then arrange for a partial refund or a replacement shipment (subject to current inventory availability).
