Return Period
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Note: As our store is currently in a liquidation phase, return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. This 30-day return policy also applies to clearance items.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, refunds will be credited within 3 days (refunds are issued to the original payment method; actual receipt time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform).

Product Description: As our hand-woven blankets are crafted from natural materials, slight variations in color and texture between the actual product and its on-screen representation may occur; these are not considered quality defects.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes should first be addressed via email communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to the courts of Granada, Spain, for jurisdiction.
