Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you sign for receipt of the merchandise.

Return Conditions
Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging. These terms also apply to clearance items.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as shipping the wrong item—or severe damage incurred during transit).

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, the refund will be processed within 3 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment channel; the actual speed at which the funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment platform.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing your order. If the original payment account is no longer active, please contact Francisco@driftwooddecor.shop to arrange an alternative refund method.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, returns based on non-quality-related issues—such as personal preferences (e.g., color discrepancies, texture/firmness preferences, or minor size variations)—will not be accepted.

How ​​to Initiate a Return
Please contact us via email at Francisco@driftwooddecor.shop, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Additional Notes
Although our store is currently in a clearance phase involving sales at a loss, our return and refund policies remain fully in effect. If you receive an item that has been severely damaged during transit, please take photos of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of signing for receipt. We will process such cases in accordance with our standard 30-day return period and 3-day refund processing timeframe.
