Pre-sales Questions: Inventory for clearance items changes rapidly; we recommend contacting us via email to inquire about specific styles, sizes, or stock availability.
After-sales Issues: As a general rule, all clearance items sold at a loss are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (as the selling price is already below cost). However, in the event of severe damage during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please take photos and email them to the address listed above within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and arrange for a partial refund or replacement shipment.
Complaints & Disputes: You may also submit any disputes directly to Francisco@driftwooddecor.shop, and we will provide a final response within 3 business days. In accordance with EU Online Dispute Resolution regulations, you may visit the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr); however, given that our shop is currently in a closure and clearance phase, we highly recommend resolving matters directly via email communication.
