All orders are processed on the same day (orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day).

Note: As our store is currently in a loss-making clearance phase, we only ship within mainland Spain (including the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands). We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or overseas territories.
Carrier
Depending on the package size and destination, we will ship via Spanish Post (Correos) or a local courier service (such as SEUR or MRW). A tracking number is provided for all orders and will be sent to you via email on the day of shipment.
Shipping Fees
During the clearance period, shipping fees are calculated based on the actual carrier rates and are displayed on the checkout page. Any rules regarding free shipping thresholds for single orders are subject to the latest announcements posted on the clearance page.
Delivery Acceptance Guidelines
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery to ensure it is intact. If you notice any obvious damage to the packaging or if the product appears crushed or damaged, please take photos on the spot and refuse to accept the delivery, or contact our customer service email immediately at Francisco@driftwooddecor.shop.
Special Notes on Shipping Terms
The “same-day processing” and “2-day delivery” timelines are based on normal business days and standard carrier services; exceptions apply in cases of force majeure, such as severe weather or strikes.
If a delivery is delayed or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, the cost of reshipment must be borne by you.
During our store’s loss-making clearance period, all standard shipping terms remain in effect. If an order exceeds the promised shipping time (2 days) due to an error on our part, please contact us via email; we will provide a voucher with no minimum spend requirement as compensation, subject to the specific circumstances (valid only for clearance inventory).
